Integration for Kommo

Read the call. Don't listen to it.

A call arrives the way a voice message does — something you have to play to find out what's in it. Say Again turns it into text and a short summary of what was actually promised, inside the Kommo card your team already has open.

Free for the first month · No card, no invoice

What lands in the CRM

3:19 11:20

An audio file and a phone number. To know what was agreed, someone has to sit through all of it.

Why it matters

The promise is the part people forget.

Nobody re-listens to a call to check what was agreed. They guess, or they ask the person who made it, who also guesses.

Check what was agreed

A client says you promised something. Open the card, read the line, know the answer before the conversation turns into an argument.

See what nobody followed up on

Every commitment is written down with a name against it. The ones that quietly never happened stop being invisible.

Onboard without shadowing

A new hire reads a month of real calls in an afternoon, instead of sitting next to someone for a week hoping something useful happens.

What it does

Four things, running without anyone touching them.

Connect once from the Kommo marketplace. Nobody on the team has to remember anything after that.

Captures every call

Reads call notes across the whole account — including the ones sitting on contacts rather than deals, which is where most of them are.

On deals2
With a recording1,830

Keeps the audio

Each recording is copied into storage you keep, on your plan's retention terms rather than your provider's.

Writes the summary

Two lines of substance, the commitments with a name against each, and the agreed next contact.

Counts what it costs

Minutes are metered per account, with overage off by default and a spending cap, so a busy month can't become a surprise invoice.

Who it's for

Anyone whose work happens on the phone.

The pattern is the same everywhere: something gets said out loud, and a week later nobody is sure what it was.

Estate agents

Which flat, what was included in the price, when the viewing was set for. Buyers compare agents on exactly these details.

Car dealerships

Trade-in figures, warranty terms, what the last salesperson quoted. Written down before anyone turns up expecting a different number.

Customer support

What the customer was told, what was refunded, what was escalated. The second call about the same problem starts with context instead of an apology.

Clinics and services

Appointment changes, results someone promised to chase, what was said about price. The follow-ups that quietly go missing.

B2B sales teams

Conditions from a security review, budget limits, who actually signs. The things a CRM stage never captures.

Agencies and studios

Scope agreed on a call has a way of growing. The transcript is the cheapest version of a paper trail.

Archive

None of this works on recordings you no longer have.

Storage windows close quietly

Telephony providers delete recordings when their retention period runs out. There is no warning, and the call note stays in the CRM long after the audio behind it is gone.

Say Again copies each recording out as soon as it appears, so the summary and the searchable text exist whether or not your provider still has the file.

This is the part that can't be done retroactively — which is why it starts the day you connect, not the day you need it.

Trust

Call recordings are personal data. We treat them that way.

The questions a security review asks, answered before you have to ask them.

Hosted in the EU

The service runs on infrastructure in Ireland. Access tokens for your Kommo account are encrypted before they are written to storage.

Not used for training

Audio goes to OpenAI for transcription and summarisation only, and is excluded from model training. No other third party sees call content.

You stay the controller

The data is yours. We process it to run the service and nothing else. Ask us what is held for your account and we will tell you.

Read-only in Kommo

The integration reads leads, contacts and files. It never creates, edits or deletes anything, and access can be revoked in one click.

Behind it

Built by people who make these calls.

Say Again started inside a working estate agency on Cyprus, because we kept losing track of what had been promised on the phone.
