- Who we are
- Say Again is operated by Airat Akhmetzianov, an individual trader based in Cyprus ("Say Again", "we", "us"). We are not a company; the service is run and supported by one person, and correspondence reaches them directly.

- What this covers
- The Say Again integration for Kommo CRM, our website at sayagain.pro, and any support correspondence.
Our role
Say Again processes call recordings and related records that already exist in your Kommo account. You decide which calls are recorded, why, and for how long you keep them. In the language of the GDPR you are the controller and we are a processor acting on your instructions.
This means the people whose voices appear in those recordings are your customers and contacts, not ours. We do not contact them, market to them, or use their data for anything beyond running the service for you.
Where you require a separate data processing agreement, write to us before you start and we will work through it with you.
What we process
| Category | Why |
|---|---|
| Call recordings from your telephony integration | To copy them into durable storage before your provider deletes them, and to transcribe them |
| Transcripts and summaries derived from those recordings | To display them in the lead and contact cards and make them searchable |
| Call metadata: phone number, direction, duration, timestamp, related lead or contact | To attach each call to the right record in your account |
| Account data: Kommo account identifier, subdomain, user identifier of whoever opens the widget | To keep each customer's data separate and to authorise requests |
| Usage data: minutes processed, calls handled, plan and subscription state | To apply quotas and to bill correctly |
| Correspondence you send to support | To answer you |
We do not use call content to train any model, ours or anyone else's. We do not sell data, and we do not share it for advertising.
A note on sensitive content
Conversations sometimes contain information that data protection law treats as sensitive — health, for example. We do not seek it out and cannot prevent it from being spoken on a call. If your calls routinely touch such subjects, that is worth considering when you decide what to record and how long to keep it, since those decisions are yours to make.
Legal basis
We process this data to perform the contract with you and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service. The lawful basis for recording the underlying calls, and for informing the people on them, rests with you as the controller — we work with recordings your telephony provider has already made.
Who else is involved
We use a small number of processors, each for a specific purpose:
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database and file storage | Ireland (EU) |
| Vercel | Application hosting | United States |
| Netlify | Website hosting | United States |
| OpenAI | Transcription and summarisation | United States |
Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses. Audio sent to OpenAI is excluded from model training.
We do not add new processors that touch call content without updating this page first.
How long we keep it
Recordings, transcripts and summaries are kept while your subscription is active. Automatic retention limits are being finalised; we will publish them here before they take effect, and nothing will be deleted without notice.
If you stop using the service, your archive is not deleted immediately. Write to us and we will export it for you as a file, and remove it afterwards if that is what you want. Anything can be deleted earlier on request, including individual calls.
Removing the integration from your Kommo account revokes our access immediately.
Security
- Access tokens for your Kommo account are encrypted before they are written to storage.
- Recordings are stored in a private bucket that is not publicly reachable.
- Each customer's data is separated by account, and every request is scoped to one account.
- Requests from the widget are signed by Kommo and verified on our side before anything is returned.
- The integration has read-only access to Kommo. It never creates, edits or deletes anything in your account.
Your rights
If you are one of our customers, you can ask us what we hold for your account, ask for it in a portable form, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@sayagain.pro.
If your voice appears in a recording processed through Say Again, the company you spoke to is the controller of that recording — please contact them directly. If you reach us instead, we will pass the request on and help them act on it.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.
Cookies
Our website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. The integration runs inside Kommo and stores nothing in your browser beyond what Kommo itself requires.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects how we handle call content, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell active customers by email before the change takes effect.
