Support

Something not working? Write to us.

One person reads every message. Include your Kommo subdomain and, if it's about a specific call, roughly when it happened — that's usually enough to find it.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

Which telephony providers work with it?

Any provider that saves call recordings into Kommo. Say Again reads the call notes your telephony integration already creates, so if you can play a recording from inside a lead or contact card today, it will be picked up.

If your provider logs calls but doesn't attach recordings, transcripts aren't possible — there's no audio to work from.

What happens to calls made before I connected?

They're imported, as long as your provider still has the audio. Recordings that were already deleted can't be recovered — the call note stays in Kommo, but the file behind it is gone.

Existing history usually needs more minutes than a month's allowance, which is what the one-time import packs are for.

Do unused minutes roll over?

Included minutes reset at the start of each billing period. Minutes bought in an import pack don't expire — they sit there until they're used.

When both are available, included minutes are spent first, since those are the ones that would otherwise be lost.

Is the first month really free?

Yes. No card is taken, no invoice is issued, and nothing charges automatically when the month ends — processing simply pauses and we get in touch.

Your archive is not deleted when the free month runs out.

What happens when I run out of minutes?

Processing pauses and the widget says so. Calls keep being archived, so nothing is lost — they're transcribed once minutes are available again.

Overage is off by default and has a spending cap, so a busy month can't turn into a surprise invoice.

What happens if I cancel?

Processing stops at the end of the paid period. Your archive is not deleted the moment you leave — write to us and we will export everything for you as a file, and remove it afterwards if you want it gone.

Which languages are transcribed?

Language is detected per call, so a team working in several doesn't need to configure anything. Summaries are written in the language the call happened in.

Can I stop it processing certain calls?

Calls shorter than 20 seconds are skipped automatically — there's nothing useful in them and no reason to charge for them. For anything more specific, write to us and we'll set it up.

Do you need access to anything else in my account?

Say Again reads leads, contacts, companies and files. It doesn't create, edit or delete anything in Kommo. Access can be revoked at any time from Settings → Integrations.

Troubleshooting

Worth checking before you write.

These three cover almost everything people report.

The panel isn't in the card

  1. Reload the page with cache cleared (Ctrl+Shift+R).
  2. Check the integration shows as installed in Settings.
  3. Confirm you're on a lead or contact card, not the list view.

No calls are appearing

  1. Open a call note in Kommo and check a recording actually plays.
  2. New calls appear within an hour, not instantly.
  3. Most calls attach to contacts rather than deals — check a contact card.

A call has no summary

  1. Very short calls are marked as too short to summarise.
  2. If minutes ran out, processing is paused — the panel says so.
  3. If the recording was already deleted by the provider, there's nothing to work from.

Still stuck?

Send us your Kommo subdomain and roughly when the call happened. If it's about the panel, a screenshot of the card helps. We don't need your password, and we'll never ask for it.

Data

What we hold, and for how long.

Where the data lives

The service runs on infrastructure hosted in Ireland. Access tokens for your Kommo account are encrypted before they are written to storage.

Who else sees it

Audio is sent to OpenAI for transcription and summarisation, and is not used to train models. No other third party receives call content.

How long it's kept

Call history is kept for as long as the subscription is active. We are still finalising automatic retention limits, and will publish them here before they take effect — nothing will be deleted without notice.

Anything can be deleted on request at any time, including individual calls.

Data processing agreement

Call recordings are personal data, and for most customers Say Again acts as a processor while you remain the controller. If your organisation requires a signed data processing agreement, write to us before you start and we will work through it with you.

Recording consent

Whether a call may be recorded, and who has to be told, depends on where you and the other party are. That obligation sits with you as the one making the calls — Say Again works with recordings your telephony provider has already made.
