Support
One person reads every message. Include your Kommo subdomain and, if it's about a specific call, roughly when it happened — that's usually enough to find it.
The fastest route for anything technical.

FAQ
Any provider that saves call recordings into Kommo. Say Again reads the call notes your telephony integration already creates, so if you can play a recording from inside a lead or contact card today, it will be picked up.
If your provider logs calls but doesn't attach recordings, transcripts aren't possible — there's no audio to work from.
They're imported, as long as your provider still has the audio. Recordings that were already deleted can't be recovered — the call note stays in Kommo, but the file behind it is gone.
Existing history usually needs more minutes than a month's allowance, which is what the one-time import packs are for.
Included minutes reset at the start of each billing period. Minutes bought in an import pack don't expire — they sit there until they're used.
When both are available, included minutes are spent first, since those are the ones that would otherwise be lost.
Yes. No card is taken, no invoice is issued, and nothing charges automatically when the month ends — processing simply pauses and we get in touch.
Your archive is not deleted when the free month runs out.
Processing pauses and the widget says so. Calls keep being archived, so nothing is lost — they're transcribed once minutes are available again.
Overage is off by default and has a spending cap, so a busy month can't turn into a surprise invoice.
Processing stops at the end of the paid period. Your archive is not deleted the moment you leave — write to us and we will export everything for you as a file, and remove it afterwards if you want it gone.
Language is detected per call, so a team working in several doesn't need to configure anything. Summaries are written in the language the call happened in.
Calls shorter than 20 seconds are skipped automatically — there's nothing useful in them and no reason to charge for them. For anything more specific, write to us and we'll set it up.
Say Again reads leads, contacts, companies and files. It doesn't create, edit or
delete anything in Kommo. Access can be revoked at any time from
Settings → Integrations.
Troubleshooting
These three cover almost everything people report.
Send us your Kommo subdomain and roughly when the call happened. If it's about the panel, a screenshot of the card helps. We don't need your password, and we'll never ask for it.

The service runs on infrastructure hosted in Ireland. Access tokens for your Kommo account are encrypted before they are written to storage.
Audio is sent to OpenAI for transcription and summarisation, and is not used to train models. No other third party receives call content.
Call history is kept for as long as the subscription is active. We are still finalising automatic retention limits, and will publish them here before they take effect — nothing will be deleted without notice.
Anything can be deleted on request at any time, including individual calls.
Call recordings are personal data, and for most customers Say Again acts as a processor while you remain the controller. If your organisation requires a signed data processing agreement, write to us before you start and we will work through it with you.
Whether a call may be recorded, and who has to be told, depends on where you and the other party are. That obligation sits with you as the one making the calls — Say Again works with recordings your telephony provider has already made.
